How Our Service Works

Truck

Place your dirty clothes in your Tide Cleaners laundry bag.
Take your bag to the truck destination chosen within your account in the My Laundry app. From there, one of our Campus Attendants will scan your bag so you can follow it through the cleaning process.
Your items should be ready for pickup in two business days. Use the My Laundry App to confirm order status, and return to the same truck location to pick up your clean bag of clothes. Your items will come back professionally cleaned, folded, and wrapped inside your laundry bag.

Locker

Place your dirty clothes in your Tide Cleaners laundry bag.
Take your bag to the locker location chosen within your account in the My Laundry app. From there, place your bag inside an open locker, close it, and follow the step-by-step order placing process within the My Laundry app.
After two business days, you‘ll receive a notification that your laundry has been delivered. The notification will provide you with a locker number and code to access the locker. Follow the instructions on the locker to open it and retrieve your order. Your items will come back professionally cleaned, folded, and wrapped inside your laundry bag.

Drop Spot

Place your dirty clothes in your Tide Cleaners laundry bag.
Take your bag to the closest drop spot location to you on campus, chosen within your account in the My Laundry app. From there, your bag will be picked up on the respective pickup date. Our team will scan your bag upon pick up so you can follow it through the cleaning process.
After two business days, you‘ll receive a notification that your laundry has been delivered back to the same drop spot location where you dropped it off. Your items will come back professionally cleaned, folded, and wrapped inside your laundry bag.
